Certified Service Professional, Communication & Relationship Management ACTA Trainer

Stephanie Goh has been a flight attendant for the past 10 years, with Singapore Airlines, where she amassed proficiency in personal grooming, fine etiquette, social graces and communication skills.

She holds a Diploma in Professional Make-up and has a Certificate of Proficiency in Professional Hair Styling. She is also a Certified Service Professional, Communication & Relationship Management, Diploma in Retail Management and armed with an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) recognized by Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ)

In addition to her work as an accredited (ACTA) trainer, Stephanie has been conducting Personal Grooming workshop for – National Neuroscience Institute, The Family Wellness Company, Swan’s Life Studio, Singapore Workforce Development Agency, ERA Property Company, Zero Spot Laundry Services, Impression Face & Body Work, Hair Assemblage, Gifted Student Care Centre, and Society for the Physically Disabled among many others.

Not just confined to companies, Stephanie’s Personal Grooming & Etiquette workshop has a wide reach. She has collaborated with schools like Yio Chu Kang primary school, West Spring Secondary, Fuchun Secondary, North Vista Secondary, English Assumption School, Bowen Secondary, Guanyang Secondary as well as tertiary institutions like Singapore Polytechnic, NUS etc.
